Plant Identify is a small operation, so messages come straight to us rather than to a support queue. We read everything and aim to reply within 2–3 business days.
What we can help with
- Wrong identifications — if the tool confidently named the wrong species, tell us. Include the photo you uploaded and what the plant actually is, if you know. These reports are genuinely useful; they show us where the model is weak.
- Errors in our care guides — watering advice, toxicity notes, or anything else that looks incorrect or outdated.
- Technical problems — uploads failing, results not loading, or anything broken on the site.
- Privacy and data requests — access, correction, or deletion of your data under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable law.
- Copyright concerns — if you believe an image or piece of content on this site infringes your rights.
- Advertising, partnerships, and press enquiries.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to diagnose plant poisoning in people or animals. If you suspect someone or a pet has eaten a toxic plant, contact your local poison control centre, a doctor, or a veterinarian immediately; do not wait for an email reply.
We also cannot provide individual professional horticultural consulting or guarantee identification of a specific plant on request.
